Your rental includes the 900-square-foot Boutique, Basketball Court, and access to the bathrooms. The Boutique has dressing rooms and a private stock room—ready for pop-ups, product releases, sample sales, and brand launches in the Dallas Design District.

We built this building for our own brand first.

We design, print, and cut and sew in Texas, and we run our own retail floor and events out of this space. So we know what a pop-up actually needs: power where you need it, a practical load-in, and a room people want to photograph.
